This Kidgy find my family app gave me the exposure I needed with my findings. The app is okay…… WHEN OT WORKS. Parent/child phones never stay synced. Child phone indicates the phone is still at home when I know it is not. It most cases I have to delete and the links in both phones before the apps communicate together. If the child is already out and they are not communicating serves no useful purpose.

This is scam. After i paid for the $9, it doesnt allow me to create an account. keeps getting internal server error. Dont buy!!!!

I like the app so far but I downloaded it for SMS tracker and can’t find it on the app. I called and got sent to voicemail and I emailed and never heard back. It would be better if the had some instructions on how to track your kids text messages.

I do not want this service and need to be reimbursed. Impossible to reach any assistance. I have called and emailed to no avail to get reimbursed immediately after I saw the charge of 49:99 that showed up in my account. Do not get this device
