I have paid for a subscription and the app does not open! Has been a few weeks. I have restarted app, have restarted phone. OS is up to date, have tried used with/without wifi etc and nothing works. Tried contacting their support and i get a 500 error… unacceptable as I have paid until April of 2024!!!
The app is broken right now. I payed for a subscription through the Apple Store but I can’t login using my Apple Store credentials. Please fix this.
I think this app is great, although it would be so much better if there was a “cast to TV” option. My family doesn’t have devices for our children and I don’t enjoy giving them my phone either so I most likely wont be paying for this again
