I don’t even know where to start. Even the layout is messed up in the PREVIEW pictures with their test messages. Push notifications don’t work most of the time. Refreshing messages is unreliable. Screenshot previews are squished if the aspect ratio is too wide. The UI looks cobbled together. Luckily, our daycare is switching apps, so I can uninstall this. I’m just surprised facilities continue to choose this vendor!
Today is my daughters first day of school and this app will be used throughout the day. I am afraid to use this app. After reading the reviews, I am not looking forward to the constant errors and glitching issues with this app. Please fix the bugs in this app as it is being used by a top daycare facility( which is also concerning on my part ). Thank you
Doesn’t work at all! You contact Procare and they don’t know how to work it either! Say it’s no longer supported but daycares are still using it
This isn’t working all the history is gone and I am not able to log back in. It doesn’t even let me reset my password. It’s so frustrating to use an app that can’t do the job it’s supposed to do.
Recently came from the brightwheel app which was very reliable. We’ve used it for like 2 days and it’s only been glitches. Now we’re not just getting an error and can’t see any updates during the day. We have to use the web version. Why do daycares use this app when it seems like support takes forever? I don’t get it.
One of the worst app I have ever used. The app hungs for no reason and when you see videos it hungs. No option to log off or restart or refresh I don’t know whether they are running in cloud or are not updating the iOS bug fixes on hosting app server. The backend code suffers a lot api connection to video stream files
This app is terrible! My daughter started daycare almost a month ago and this app hasn’t been working at all!!! I’m highly upset with the creator of this stupid app as well as the center for having such a useless app. I have anxiety really bad and the fact that I can’t see anything or receive updates regarding my daughter is horrible. I really wish the center would find another app that’s more effective and useful. Unfortunately, the parents have been told they don’t know when the app will be back up and running! 😡😡 If I could give this app zero stars, I would! This app makes me want to enroll my daughter somewhere else that doesn’t utilize this app!
The app is no longer updated. It was bought by Procare and they seemed to have abandoned it. I am not sure why modern daycare companies still use this app. Maybe because it’s cheap?
This app doesn’t work at all. I’m so disappointed my daycare uses this app and am strongly considering going to another day care that doesn’t. I get zero updates from this app. Literally none. It shows blank and I have no idea how my baby is doing unless I call for a verbal update over the phone.
My son switched to a new daycare that uses this app. It is difficult to use and it’s frustrating that I don’t get notifications throughout the day. 0 stars
