When I click the menu on this app, it always crashed and I haven’t been using this app since I started subscription on 20, June, 2021. It seems that something is wrong with this app. I don’t want to subscribe any more. Please cancel my subscription and refund me.

The update isn’t updating and the app is worse
Even with the most recent update, it doesn’t update.it does work and issues are worse.
On my iPad the sound works but when I go to the numbers lessons, the app completely shuts down. On my daughter’s iPad there is no sound but the numbers lesson does work. I’ve updated both iPads and nothing helped.
Why do have to pay for learning, instead of this get Vinny educational media or khan academy or classdojo or ABCya! or anything else that’s fun AND free.
I just downloaded this for my daughter and signed up for the free trial but there’s NO SOUND on anything??? I’ve looked in the app settings and it shows the sound is on but we hear absolutely nothing. I want to like this app but it has to have sound.
It’s a really great and fun learning game for the kids to learn tons but it keeps freezing and kicking us out if they could fix this for me I would give it 5 stars it’s perfect other than that
Full of bugs
Im using the trial and there is no sound in my iPad. Also I restarted it as a test. Any other apps are working without any issues.
