Kept freezing and crashing constantly. Instead of a free 7 day trial I’ve been charged $66 in a week. App has crashed so I can’t enter it to cancel my subscription. I suspect it’s a scam.

It’s way to expensive.
The worst app
This is the worst app. It is not worth the money. It’s far too buggy and the support is pretty abysmal and uncaring.
Fix
I paid $150 somehow for this app and it won’t open for me.. fix it up

Amazing learning app for kids they love it and don’t get sick of it
Great education for kids learning
Good for teaching words and sounds of the alphabet. Also has a great tool for teaching writing of letters.
No sound???
I just downloaded this for my daughter and signed up for the free trial but there’s NO SOUND on anything??? I’ve looked in the app settings and it shows the sound is on but we hear absolutely nothing. I want to like this app but it has to have sound.
It keeps freezing
It’s a really great and fun learning game for the kids to learn tons but it keeps freezing and kicking us out if they could fix this for me I would give it 5 stars it’s perfect other than that

Im using the trial and there is no sound in my iPad. Also I restarted it as a test. Any other apps are working without any issues.
