Not working
It was working fine at the beginning but recently it began to have many issues! I was not able to make a video call and now I don’t even get any notifications at all when I receive a voice message!

Had high hopes for this product but everything that I want to work, doesn’t. GPS is never accurate. Says my child is on the busy motorway today. Which made me panic and phone them. They were no where near the motorway and only round the corner, thankfully. The message system never works unless at home which just seems pointless. The only thing that works is being able to phone each other.
Used to be good - a little delay on GPS but now the video calls feature won’t work. Very frustrating.
So frustrating. It’s close to being good. GPS can be erratic. Right one day, off my a mile the next. Messaging, sometimes you get the message. Most of the time you don’t. Would t recommend this product. Disappointed.
Everything worked fine for a while, then I stopped seeing new messages from my child in the app. I still get notifications that they have sent me something, but the chat feeds never update. Reinstalling doesn’t work, resetting the watch doesn’t work. The whole app is a terrible experience attached to what is otherwise a pretty decent device
I’d had high hope for this product, unfortunately it’s really not worth the money or effort, if you was in a situation where you really needed to find your child you could find your self in a world of pain,
Frequently get “login timed out, please try again later” messages and unable to look at received messages. Frequently unable to check location or update contacts as claiming that device is off, even though I’m able to call fine, device network & GPS are clearly on & working. Worried about what will happen in an emergency when this is the case. So much potential yet app is failing.
The app stopped working and it says try again in 11 hours, so we can’t use it all weekend as it’s only supported Monday to Friday 9-5!?
