I have been playing this game a long time. Until recently, I really liked it. Then, all of a sudden, all my data disappeared. Years of stats, hundreds of free hints, and many tickets to play are all gone. I sent a note advising them what had happened but have not heard back. If this doesn’t get remedied, I can’t play a game that Judy clears everything out and make you start over.

I sent in a request a week ago and have not heard back. I presume it has to do with your last update. I am now reset back to day 1. All my achievements, tickets, stats…everything are gone. Deeply disappointed that you did not reply to my request. Will you fix this or will I go elsewhere? Months and months of play gone.

When I load the daily game, 3 out of 4 times it loads without numbers in place. The only fix is to restart, and each time you have to watch an add!

Your latest update has done something funny. There are Japanese or Chinese symbols all over the place. I deleted your app for fear of a hack.
