This app is sooooooo damn glitchy… not the easiest to navigate, ‘favourites’ etc. saved in a ‘hidden spot’ … cannot make payment and have to repeatedly enter address and payment details to no avail… the sale discount was pulled from the cart yet the sale click on homepage was still counting down… FINALLY and reaching the pit of despair - I hit the ‘Help/ Contact Us’ link only to be sent to ‘Error 404’.. the irony wasn’t lost on me…

Killstars app is really got everything I need. The items are easy to search and save for when I’m ready. Easy to check out and quick to ship. Love this store

i've shopped this site before with no issues and when i place my address it says it doesn't ship to my country? I'm in Puerto Rico. I wanted to use the app to get the 15% off discount and i can't cuz the app says they don't ship to where i live. Super disappointed. And of course the discount doesn't work on the browser version.

I do love the app! Makes it easier! It’s all the pop-ups that bug me. Also I had to log out to be able to use my Afterpay account and pay as a guest. Other than that.. makes it easier to shop and add things to my wishlist!

I love shopping on here. They always have the best coolest clothes ever they’re very expensive and pricey, but it’s worth the money. They always have everything in my size even plus girl size.

No matter how I try I can’t get it to accept Apple Pay. And it rejects my address every time. I’ve bought hundreds of dollars worth of items here and now suddenly my address is no good.

Their clothes are amazing, and the app makes it easier to shop their products!!!!
