I just installed the app and I tried to take a few notes. The app keeps crashing when I write something

RAHHH I LOVE THIS SMMM
GENUINELY LOVE THIS APP SM, BUT IM BEGGING YOU PLEASE ADD SOMETHING SO I CAN ORGANIZE MY BOOKS OR SOMETHING (LIKE PUTTING THEM IN GROUPS OR SOMETHING) OTHER THAN THAT ALL OF THE BOOKS HAVE GOTTEN A LITTLE CHAOTIC THIS APP IS SUPER USEFUL AND CUTE, GENUINELY ONE OF MY FAV APPS!! :3

Heel goed
Het is heel erg fijn om te plannen, daar gebruik ik het ook voor. Veel leuke sjablonen voor plannen maar ook gwn voor de leuk! Werkt heel fijn ook ZONDER de betaalde versie!! Ik ben er erg tevreden mee
It’s nice but it needs a few touches
The overall is great I would recommend more templates because it got very very old pretty quickly and this is so underrated and I really like how a lot of the things are free and I’m on the iPad right now so I would really like an iPad setting! One more thing! If you would like to download this app go for it! Just make sure you’re on an phone!

Enquiry about recovering files
I am having trouble recovering files from the App and i have backed it up but when i try to restore them it says that there are no files to be restored which is strange. I have contacted apple support and they suggested that i get in contact with you in order to solve the problem and recover the files. I really need the files because the files contain my notes from the courses in my university.
Language problem
I really love this app but right now it’s suddenly in another language when it used to be in English
