I am at level 16 and did all the tasks are given me but still I cant see the partnership! It says reach the level 11 blah blah.

General Review
It’s overall great. You can earn all of the valuable currency’s at some part of the game which is not seen in many games, it’s a big plus in my opinion. The game always finds a way to keep you company. Only downside i can think of is that it’s pretty boring to wait for energy renewal which takes 5 minutes for each, time should be decreased. I have already recommended the game to several friends. Keep on updating us with new events! <3
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you are having issues with this game, do not even bother to contact their customer support. I contacted them many times for in-game purchase problems, ad problems or accidental item purchase. They did not help me with any of these cases. They simply just do not care about customers. They take your money, then tell you they just cannot help you (without a proper explanation) with anythng and closed the conversation on your face. Wow. What a way to lose loyal and paying customers.
Gifting friends
I really lkke this game and have been playing for years. I started a new account currently and realised that gifting friends is gone. I liked gifting my friends and them gifting me and being ble to do that. I really hope it comes back.
