My favorite fitness app!
I have had the KimFit app for a year now. I absolutely love it! I don’t live close to a gym so I love that I can work out using this app at home. Her videos show the proper form and how to do each exercise. I don’t feel rushed so I can focus on quality lifting and achieving my goals. I am also a runner and I like how the app gives guidance on incorporating strength along with your running schedule. I can choose what days I want to strength train and what days I want to run. It is easy to move days on the calendar if I need to. With other programs, I felt lost or like I failed because I couldn’t keep up with the schedule. I don’t feel like that with KimFit app. I also like that it gives alternate exercises that you can choose if you need to.
