These people are not kind. They ate cunning. There are selling products bearing expiry. I order mamaearth kids soaps and i got them with expiry date as june 2024

The worst customer experience one can have is with this app. They have a scheme of customer sending beauty empties and them giving kinder points in return. The biggest FRAUD one can encounter. It has been 4 months and I haven’t been updated my points nor have I recieved a call or a reply from their customer service. The bot they have on WhatsApp ends up saying the same thing when asked about updates. I have been very very patient until I actually wrote the review and honestly I was really looking forward to this app but such an absolute waste of time and money. The amount I had spent in sending the delivery is also something I lost on trusting them

I have sent empties three times and out of three, two times I haven’t received any points. I have repeatedly raise complaint. My ticket no. Is 10446. Kindly check and add my points in my account. Really tired of complaining again and again

Please fix your app guys, It’s filled with bugs. I can’t remove an item that I don’t want from my bag so I am not able to order the items that I need. Really poor service guys.
