You need subscription
You need the subscription to access anything on the app. I would rather just pay for the app, and have full access to everything. Then pay a monthly or yearly fee.. Which now days is crazy to be expecting people to buy. Why create an app for parents, but block all the main components out with a premium? So you can sign up and that’s all you can do. Because I’m not spending $99 yearly, on an app that can’t even give me a few free things.
Not possible to refuse the free premium trial
Uninstalled before actually being able to try the app because it isn’t possible to refuse the free premium trial. I didn’t want to risk paying after the end of the trial.
Poor costumer service
It shows free trial but it doesn’t tell that you have used your free trial a year ago?? ??? -charge you a yearly subscription doesn’t allow you to change to monthly - doesn’t give a refund even if you contact Kinedu support or Apple less than 15 minute of subscribing. So much for customer satisfaction It’s stealing from people you should be ashamed making money this way.
Misleading
I ended up paying full price (not on discount like most) and didn't even end up using it. Initially, it said there was a free trial, but when I clicked to pay, it charged the full price. I've been trying hard to get a refund, but still haven't been successful. Imagine how frustrated I am for paying full price unknowingly and not using it even once. I will even use more emails to rate it 1 star. That's how much I hate this :|
Amazing progress bar
I have used so many apps for monitoring my son’s development but this is the BEST by far. It’s so on point when it comes to what to expect in what week. It has given me a perfect understanding and precise indicator about how well he’s doing with different skills.

You have to pay for everything price is ridiculous
Extremely over priced
They charged $112.99 after the 7 day free trial and no email reminders that your subscription is coming up so your locked in. As a mother of an 8 week old who has enough on their mind this was infuriating. There is no reason to pay $112.99 for information you can get for free on YouTube and they don’t offer returns. Don’t get screwed over like I did and save your money. Who was $112 on maternity leave are you insane?!
Good app for track child’s milestones
Great place to track and learn milestone which my child need to meet and completed. Has lots of resources… to the point, looking at the main page of app overwhelm me with live class, reading materials, video, etc. Each activity that they have on app provide how to play and interact with baby to meet milestones and what it does, etc. when the activity is completed as child is able to do it repetitively, mark as ‘done’, app ask types of milestone that child achieved. Have not tried live class and chat function, hard to make comments about it. Video materials that they already have are enough at this time for me to utilize. 👍🏻
Have to purchase
Baby is 10 months now and all of the exercises have a crown on them so I cannot access anything without having to pay for premium.
