all activities are still locked after I subscribed to the premium plan
I got the premium yearly plan a while back, but there’s no difference on the UI, all activities are locked. Also, I tried to reach out to support team three times so far regarding my membership and no one got back to me yet. In addition, there was an error after I submitted the payment so I resubmitted again, two payments went out, according to the email confirmations I have two memberships with Kinedu, yet NONE OF THEM WORK. not recommending 👎
Simples, divertido e pratico
Adoro as atividades do Kinedu. Como mãe de primeira viagem, e sem experiência prévia com bebês e crianças, o Kinedu me ajuda muito no desenvolvimento cognitivo e criativo do meu filho. As brincadeiras são divertidas, ao mesmo tempo que educativas e não exigem nenhuma habilidade específica dos pais para fazê-las. Recomendo a todas famílias!
How do I unsubscribe??
I want to end my subscription but I can’t find the ability to do this anywhere????
Waste of time and a rip off!
This app is free to download. It takes about 15 minutes to complete the developmental assessment where they acquire all your personal data. When you then go to use the app you have to pay to get any of the developmental activities! So it’s not free at all! Completely misleading. A waste of time to have completed the assessment. Now they have all my data and that of my son. Complete waste of time and money. Misleading. Please don’t download this app.
Horrified that this app encourages harsh sleep training
This app is way too expensive for what you get (BabySpark is a superior alternative). This app is supposed to help child development using play between parent and baby - however, today I received a push notification from the app encouraging the Ferber method of sleep training (ignoring infant’s cries for progressively long periods). Given the potentially detrimental long term effects that non-response sleep training methods can cause, it seems irresponsible an app like this would suggest this.
Beware of Charges!
App is interesting and we used it as an enthusiastic first time parent for a week or two. But there is no option to cancel membership from within the app or webpage!! Go into Apple ID>subscriptions> there you can cancel. Was charged 9 months I didn't use !
