Paid subscription but i cant open the app

This has happened so many times already. Paid for the whole year subscription but i havent been able to open the app. When i try opening the app it tells me to update in order to access but when i click the link for the update it is said that my app is updated. This app has been one of the biggest rip off

I subscribed and paid for a year plan, and I can’t use the app’s premium features!

I just paid for a year’s worth of subscription and yet it the app only gives me access to free content; I still can’t access the premium features! I can’t access help and send an email because it says I need to have an email associated with my iPhone, but the email I’m using is the email used for my Apple ID! It also says when I click to go Premium, it says I am currently subscribe when I choose a plan, but it would also give an error message at the top part of the app that says subscription was not successful, but I was already billed and got an email to confirm this!!!!!

Refund

Why is that there is a 7 days trial and still I was charged Php 3,690 on my account. I cancelled my subscription, will it be refunded? Thanks.

This is so useful for me cause I also run out of relevant activities to help baby develop. I also like how the app adjusts the activities based on babies development.
