Some one who doesn’t use the app has made it so long winded to get to what you need to know why! How many presses on the app to get to the page to want. Put it back to how it was it’s very poor at present🤯

This is an absolute waste of money. Someone tried to break into my van, so long story short, I phoned them up to get footage, they could not help. In total I have spoken to them five times now, every time they apologise but don’t do anything to rectify the situation. Told me I’m locked into a contract and there is nothing they can do about it. They say all the right things but actually just want your money.

We have been using this app for many years and love its features and simplicity. However, the recent update has ruined the experience for us. It now takes far too long for the menu to populate when opening the app. Can you please fix this issue.

Is interfering with the car electric making the fog lights to come on intermittent plus the company will charge you a cancellation fee but you can cancel at any time and you need to pay for sending the device safely to them so around 55 pounds but you can cancel at any time you will pay for it of course

My motorcycle was stolen with this tracker taken 10mins down the road and taken off and thrown in a bush absolutely rubbish it was bank holiday weekend on a Thursday night no one was at Kinesis till Monday morning this is absolute rubbish for theft protection do not buy this product.
