Beware of inappropriate messages
The app itself was fine, but waking up to multiple messages that were pornographic and incredible dirty was not something I needed. I guess they partner with a dating service of some sort because all of the notifications were from them but when investigating where they came from it was a dating site you can sign up. I immediately deleted the app from my phone to avoid this in the future.

Professional Level Demos, Instructions, & Workouts
This app provides a huge variety of movements & exercises for warmups, workouts, stretching, etc. whether you have basic home equipment or access to a complete gym. It suits all levels of fitness participants and amounts of time available. I am a huge fan of the variety of alternative movements suggested, with a demo of each.

This app has helped my SO and I to stay motivated and helped us push our limits! I highly recommend, it gives so many options and ideas that don’t require a Crossfit gym payment!
