After I installed the mew software i was limited to 22km/h instead of my usual 30km/h

It doesn’t connect.
My el scooter dosent connect to the app i have tried everything. Bluethoot,turning off/on etc what do i do? i just wasted money

Before i could connect to my scooter perfectly fine but now it can take 15 minutes just to find the scooter, i can’t connect or start my scooter at all, this has brought me so many issues.
