Great game but pay to win

It's a really good game but a lot of pay to win. And some really important things for upgrading are only obtainable by paying. More paying = more power Less paying = less power

Customer service

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer services that I had a glitch and I was compensated for less what I lost. When I contacted them again to check if they can re-consider, I was locked from contacting them. I was polite with them and asked them once only. Same glitch happened to me again now and I cannot contact them to fix this glitch. I tried to rate them and to show the I am dissatisfied, but I cannot submit my rating if it is less than five stars. I have been in this game for two weeks and I am VIP 6. I paid a lot to support the game and that what I get in return.
