The game is set in a fantasy continent which is named Fortias. There are many races living together in this continent including humans, elves, dwarves, orc, troll, goblin, etc. After the Great battle between the alliance of humans, elves and the Dark Lord hundreds of years ago, the continent's creatures are enjoying a peaceful life. The Dark Lord is destroyed under the sword of the human's King, and his army is eliminated. However, evil never really disappears. One day, the Eradel kingdom is suddenly attacked by the Goblin army, which used to be far away from man's land. In the critical situation, Prince Lucius and his companion had to leave the kingdom of Eradel and seek help from other allied races. You are not allowed to win as a F2P player and might even ban you for their own bad game economy
I’ve been playing this game since 02/2022 and out of the blue I get this notice: “you have been banned from playing because of a policy violation”. They don’t say what policy it is. I don’t even know their policies. I am just here thinking what kind of policy I might have violated, cause I didn’t share this account – I always log in from the same single device through the app I downloaded from the AppStore back in 02/2022. I don’t harass other players – I don’t even have contact with other players; and I use none of the game’s social media.
I log in everyday. Everyday I watch the ads – the 20+ video ads to get the free rewards. Then I play the Daily Dungeons. Then I play the Trial of Gods. Then I play the Colosseum. Then I do the grinding on map 21. Every day I do the same thing. Why have I been banned now? I am here like WTF.
Last week I got top 100 in the Colosseum and I was going to do it again this week. To accomplish this I used the most powerful F2P heroes and runes that synergizes with their skills. All my heroes are max level, they have six to ten stars promotion and all their runes are maxed out – which by the way takes a hellish amount of time and grinding if you are not paying.
On the other hand this game economy largely favours P2W players. For me to be able to grind completely AFK on map 21, I would say my F2P account was already pretty strong. But still, I couldn't get through the middle stages of the Colosseum cause I didn’t had the broken heroes that were behind a paywall, until recently the developers released Miriel as F2P and made Azarish F2P both of which are very, very broken.
The amount of resources I got from finishing the Colosseum – which, by the way, takes just half an hour of playing – was worth about an entire month of grinding. And to be able to it week after week, as the Colosseum stages are renewed, might have triggered an alarm as to why my resources have suddenly spiked and I can only speculate this is the reason they banned me.
But that is on you – developers of this game – this is your bad game economy. I played fair and square. I grinded for a long, long time. I maxed out my runes by playing the game. And I earned the resources by beating the stages of your game through the app I downloaded here.

The game really needs bug fixes. When you watch and ad and return to the game the sound is muted and I need to restart the game.
