Taking forever for new content!

Everything is max level. No way to spend coins. Was fun while it lasted. Developer, can you provide insight into an update. This game is even on Apple Arcade….

I have repeatedly lost my progress on this app. I have reached out before and support is not helpful. They cannot even see what you are doing and tell you to stay logged into the arcade. I have never logged out and always make sure that I am logged in, but this is the 4th time I have lost huge amounts of progress due to the app not keeping updated.

It was fun until I could no longer progress, no more story plots and leveling up, clearly you can see there is more territory to unlock but I can no longer unlock, and last but certainly not least the piggy bank event is never ending, I just want my tasks to progress and unlock more areas in the game

Mine mini game bugs out on me constantly and become uninteractable. Game rapidly becomes… extremely boring, especially considering the bugs that interfere with progress and set you back. Waste of time.

Has this game been abandoned? It’s been more than a year since any significant updates. There is clearly areas for expansion visible in-game but we’ve all been left hanging. Disappointing.

The game is pretty fun and has a (purposely) silly storyline. (It’s actually decent). But is there any more story line coming?? Its been the piggy bank for months and months. Is that the end of the game?

Every time I go to the main screen to collect the daily reward, all my progress is lost. I lost all the rewards I got from the recent Halloween event. This bug has been happening for weeks now. I thought it would be fixed in one of the updates, but it’s still happening. Game is pointless now.

Love this game but it seems like as soon as they rolled out the Halloween game, all the money collected from the houses doesn’t go to the bank. And the treasure chests at each level are empty and no reward is given. Makes it hard to get the amount needed for each building task. Hoping it’s fixed soon because it’s a fun game!
