Dont use for important trips
The app takes advance bookings but does not allocate a driver until very close to the departure time. We booked a taxi to the airport a week in advance but the driver was not allocated until less than 10mins before we were due to leave which meant they were 20mins late. We were still OK for our flight thanks to our v good driver but if I had booked for a ride to the station we would have missed our train.
