Easy to book the gym now

Let’s call this what it is....

This app is a complete and utter waste of time effort and money. Apart from bookings, which incidentally still have to be “approved” by staff (defeating the purpose of having a bookings element of the app), the app does literally nothing of any value that google cannot do for you. Quite aside from that slightly inconvenient truth, the app doesn’t work on the latest update of the software on my phone, and when it did, it was clumsy and poorly mapped out. This has been designed by a child by the looks of it. An exceptionally poor use of the fees that residents pay to be at Kings Chelsea.

Doesnt work on my phone, doesnt open, doesnt function. I contacted support and they werent able to help me. So i cant book anything

Pointless and disappointing

This is a concerning “improvement” to concierge services at KC. I’m not sure how KCEM promoting services to service charge paying residents and taking commission isn’t a conflict of interest. Who thought this was a good idea??
