Shouldn’t need an app to view show times
Appalled that I had to download the app to view at what time live entertainment is
App times completely inaccurate
The wait times are never accurate. We come enough that we can gauge the times ourselves but if you’re going to have wait times on an app, they should be accurate. Or have a spot on the app for patrons to correct that that isn’t the correct wait time.
Terrible
How can I trust my family’s lives to you on your rides, when you can’t create an app or website that can better manage season passes…. Simply terrible. I hope six flags brings needed IT support.
Does Not work
This app is so awful. Don’t waste your time
Can’t Login
Even after creating and account and having to reset my password, again. It still says my correct password is incorrect. So much for advertising that I could access my tickets from the app.
The app is kinda slow
Every time that I try to find the wait times it just doesn’t show even in the park
Water park wait times
Why leave out the water park ride wait times? They’re classified as rides in the app, so why not include them?
Buy a friend ticket very hard
To by a friend ticket on my season pass, had to write down a 20 digit membership number and then type that back in to buy a friend ticket. So hard to figure that out and copy that correct. App knows who I am, why is it so hard.
Can’t even create an account without errors
This app is ridiculous it is clunky, slow, tons of unexpected and unexplained errors
