My game freezes on the loading screen into a level on expeditions

Haven’t been able to do anything on the game. It constantly says reconnect. Developers have obviously turned off the servers. When I figure out how to file a complaint to get this app taken off the App Store I will do so.

Kings Legion has not been updated in almost one year - where is customer support? Servers are now being manipulated by hackers as rss mines (food, gold, mith, wood and gems), dragons and tribes are constantly disappearing. where is customer support? Hackers and cheaters run amok using emulators to build up their troops and equipment (no one playing honestly can produce 2 billion troops in less than one two weeks) - where is customer support? . Complaints go unanswered - where is customer support? Most events have been removed - where is customer support? We are unable to summon heroes as events are no longer available - where is customer support? Alliance Chat keeps disappearing - where is customer support? Glitches occur at each and every weekend event, as well as every single day, with no solution or assistance from customer support which apparently doesn’t exist. Is anyone working on fixing the many issues wrong with Kings Legion and why does no one at Top Games care about the game development or the people who play your games? Shame on you Top Games! Shame on you Apple! Kings Legion should be removed from all platforms and refunds should be issued to paying customers.

Don’t pay money in this game. The latest bugs include being robbed by the bank, auction house, and all dragons, tribes, and resources are disappearing. I’ve sent in tickets to the developer and haven’t gotten a response or any compensation. Would be a 5 star game without the bugs, but I don’t like being robbed

I played this game for just shy of 3 years. Met lots of great people and had lots of fun. As of now the game hasn’t been updated in 8 months and I have given up playing. Too many glitches, cheaters, and no new features. I believe the devs have given up.

Did all of the developers die? Game hasn't been updated in 4 months, is constantly buggy, and all the events that made it fun have disappeared.

My alliance and I are tired of the server, crashing during events. We spend money on in app, purchases and spend time communicating with each other, trying to win events and then our server has crashed the last almost 5 months we want some kind of compensation for our efforts and for you failing us as the gamer provider. we have a whole Facebook chat about how displeased we are with the game and the services the last few months.

The developers who made this game stop fixing the game . They allowed hackers to get on and destroy the servers for ppl who have been playing and spent thousands of money torwards this game. We reported it to the developers and they have done nothing to fix it. Don’t I repeat don’t load this game . Time to put our money elsewhere. Go woke go broke. If the developers made other game apps don’t invest I repeat don’t invest to these developers.

Doesn’t even work

How can we summon heroes such as Caulfield and Diao Chan when you have removed events like: Lucky Wheel Hope Wheel Hope Roulette Strongest Monarch Supreme Power Birthday Cake Tokens for Skin Shop Lottery Tickets and would you please fix the game. How many times must we be forced to reload, uninstall and reinstall with no lasting result. Unable to read chats posted. Why does no one at Top Games care about the game development or the people who play your games?
