Keep stuck on loading screen

Everytime on Character loading screen i got stuck on the picture and Then force Close itself, the more sad thing is when it stuck after i enter guild Raid, so i lost the ticket and didn’t manage to fight!!!

Hi guys, I just reinstalled this game because I kinda miss it, but I would like to share my complaint, so I lost my account which was already connected to my Facebook account in Asia Server, but this recent version does not have the Asia server instead it is an eastern server, I tried to re-login over and over again but it did not come back. Please how to solve this, I already achieved many in my last account 🥲🥲🥲
