We had a very comfortable and memorable stay at the Ness Walk Hotel, for 2 days. The hotel is beautiful and the service is exemplary, all the staff are very helpful and really go the extra mile to help and assist the Guests. Special mention has to be made for Ms. Monica Mungui and Ms. Grace. They are really good and helpful with lots of patience. They add to the goodwill and reputation of the Hotel. Kudos to them and thanks for the hospitality. We will be sure to visit again and also recommend the hotel to all our friends 😊

Cannot for the life of me get this thing to work. Logging straight onto the website with my details as I’ve used this hotel many times. Use the same information for my account in the app and says not recognised. Tried resetting my password and it works one website but still not app. Doesn’t detract from how wonderful a hotel this is 5* from me
