iPad app is lacking landscape mode
Currently, the app only works in portrait mode. It is not very useful as an iPad app if we are using a Bluetooth keyboard to type messages.

Doesn’t ever work right!
Regardless of my settings, the badge icon never appears. New this year, now NO notifications in this app work! No badges, banners, Lock Screen, absolutely nothing! This is a big issue when trying to respond to parents in a timely manner.
Doesn’t work anymore
The app was a great tool for educators to communicate with parents, however it does not work anymore per the latest update.
Inbox messages not loading
The app shows that I have new messages but I am unable to actually open and read the message.
Latest Update is Not Working
The most recent update, which went into place at the end of August, has created a problem with the inbox and messaging feature. The inbox will show a new message but the message will not load when opened. It spins and says loading message but does not load. This glitch has made the app useless for the purpose of communicating with families. Please find a fix and update with a new version.
4.2 versions
When many of our teachers update kinvo app 4.2 it will no longer load full messages. We still don’t have a solution to this and are missing important message from our students families.

How come this app hasn’t been updated in two years?! For years I have never gotten notifications for messages from parents and that’s 80% of why I use this app through my school.
