Doesn’t let me log in
My condo building switched to this app from CleanPay Mobile, and now I can’t log in, I can’t reset anything, I can’t transfer my balance over, and I can’t get anybody to answer a phone for customer service. My name/password still work on the old app, so why not on the new one? And if they don’t work on the new one, maybe give me some sort of option to help me log in, fix my situation, etc.? I just get an error and that’s it, no laundry. Useless garbage app.
