Frequent crash, not user friendly, better use jagaapp

The app is unreliable, it often says i have not enough credit though it still has RM 70 in it. The app logs off every now and then, no face-id option making it cumbersome to type password while people are waiting behind you. Lastly the development seems to be stagnant even declining, doesn’t seem to work any more in pavilion bukit jalil

HELLO PLEASE PUT A LITTLE BIT OF EFFORT IN FIXING YOUR APP, THE APP DOES NOTHING, CANT EVEN RECEIVE TAC FOR CHANGE PASSWORD, JUST DELETE THIS APP

Keeps saying that my car has not paid from 2 months ago or weeks ago. Entry and exits are not updating properly. Seriously fix your app. Or get out of the business.

just stop this nonsense it’s 2024 we don’t need an app just to pay parking at 2 places across malaysia just give up and stick with TnG or paywave

Such a hassle to reset password. Say app is going to give temporary pw via text and it didnt send any text. Pls put option for email also.

Always ask for update profile but can’t to get PIN code

Kiple app - im using this app because my condo has chosen this platform to manage visitor registration and some of the day to day condo management activity. Out of the blue the app is now asking me for too much information- it blocks me from using it unless I provide my birthday, NRIC, full address - all these combinations could be use for banking verification - what is it that Kiple needs so much information of me? For what reason? There is no terms and conditions and no privacy statement to explain how my information will be handled. This is bullying behavior and ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
