Kitanda App

This app is terrible. Does not let me register and login. The developer should be ashamed of this app and never publish it on Apple Store. This feels more like an MVP than a finished app.

The stores hours are not right, distance to the store is off by several miles, impossible to customize a bowl properly (a checkbox is for a binary choice, not something that can be added several times...)

hire reliable people to make the app stable plz

We used to order a few times a month, our special treat. Ordering in store takes a long time to make, so ordering ahead was SO nice! But the app quit working and now says update needed, but going to App Store says it’s up to date. Broken on our iPhones and iPad! I have deleted app and reinstalled, and I can get as far as putting stuff in cart and specifying payment method, and then it says there is an error, and it doesn’t place the order. Please please fix it!

Won't let you add a card to pay. I tried with two credit cards. Also keeps telling me to upgrade as a new version is available. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, same issues. To the Kitanda owners, just take it off the App Store. In this day and age you don't have to create your own app, you can use Toast if you don't like the GrubHubs and DoorDashes of the world. Or use whatever your point of sale system is, they've got an app and you can integrate with it easy (e.g., square, clover, whatever)

Says invalid login credentials. You call the store to place an order, they say you have to use the app. You tell them the app isn’t working, they shrug.

Can’t finish the order, the payment step fails no matter what card I try

Used to be usable… now useless
