login broken, lost all recipes

No way to access all my saved recipes because one of their login methods is broken (Facebook). Additionally I can’t even contact them for help from in the app without re downloading the Apple mail app? I don’t like leaving reviews just to get support but they’ve forced me to do so.

Notification glitches

App keeps showing notifications numbers and will not clear

WIDGET IN GERMAN NOT ENGLISH - hate Americans

Social progressive application that HATES Americans. the widget for a year has been in German. This company refuses to fix the widget to be in English. I have sent them five messages regarding this issues and they fail to fix it intentionally

Shopping list removed?

What happened to the shopping list? There is no longer a button under the recipe ingredients to add them to the shopping list. This was a main use case for the app, find a recipe I want to cook for dinner, add the ingredients to the shopping list, then go to the store and buy them. I would check things off the shopping list on the store.

Downloaded app and there is no button to add recipes app is up to date.

Measurements are broken

Many of the measurements have no units making recipes impossible to follow.

WIDGET IS IN GERMAN FOR SIX MONTHS - english

The DEVELOPER OF THIS App DONT CARE WIDGET is in GERMAN. I LIVE in AMERICA and speak/read ENGLISH! I can’t read German. Have sent FIVE REQUESTS to FIX WIDGET on IOS. DEVELOPERSS DO NOTHING.

Impossible to login with existing account. Resolved

I’m getting error that something is wrong. I can’t login with my old account. I can’t create new account. After a few delete/install attempts ( and maybe application updates) it is working fine now

App won’t open

I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but it won’t open past the “kitchen stories” screen when you very first open it 😕
