Initial reaction was not a great experience, but am open to seeing it improve - hopefully this is the make ‘look-books’ more mobile accessible! But I think I’ll still use the website unless there’s attractive (app only) deals on the app..
Beautiful clothes, beautiful designs and beautiful staff
I just love the Kitten feels - wearing truly beautiful and elegant designs always leaves me feeling good. The staff are always amazing and the customer service I get is amazing. If they could fix their atrocious returns policy, then it would be the perfect place to shop and a perfect 5 stars!
