Widget no longer works

March 30 2024 The widget has stopped working for me. It is just blank. It worked before. Old reaction Prettier but less ergonomic it takes more steps to pay someone for example. Why make your app worse Kiwibank. Nobody cares about prettiness but they do care about functionality

Can’t update

I can’t use the app on my Apple phone now there are no new updates to the iPh and it says to update the phone Annoying as I can on my iPad

Why are there sooo many updates .

Do we really need an update so frequently?

Never loads when using data

App is great apart from the fact that when I try to use it when I’m out of the house, it has about a 50% chance of getting stuck on the login screen and never loads. Very inconvenient.

Well..?

I have been banking with Kiwibank for 8 years roughly. There is mostly always a outage where you have no access to banking other than via ATM because your app or internet banking won’t load. My other thing which might just be a me pet peeve, no notifications when money comes in or gos out of your account. They have texting that is like 4 days late 80% of the time. App it’s self doesn’t normally crash and the overall app look is nice

Well we finally got Apple Pay. Will see if it works well. Now we’re still waiting for virtual cards. Thanks for finally getting Apple Pay, we waited long enough.
