Reached out to customer support to enquire about the cancelled booking by them. Customer support told me I’m unable to get my refund even though it’s mentioned refund is immediate upon cancellation. PLS DO NOT BOOK FROM KKDAY

Got discounted rates instead of normal prices and separate queue for using the app to enter the monorail.

Order the trip as few days going to a weeks still pending process, and when I reach the country going to start the journey, this lousy company email me for the trip cancelled! Won’t use this app in my life!

I made a mistake in my booking for airport trf. I was able to cancel and re-use my voucher for the correct booking. Thank you for yr kind service

Used to enjoy this app, every transaction goes smooth but when i was so furious and upset when come to my future booking. Which is the ticket to Halloween Night USS. They cant seem to give me an answer of whats happening on their end. I’ve the confirm booking ID, payment is made, but there’s no QR code or email for the ticket. When chat via the help team, they said that “they are waiting for another side for the availability till they can confirm my ticket.” So its a “wait or refund”… WHAT!! Sorry but no sorry! Just terrible
