Misleading search result
I search Tokyo sky tree and wanna buy sky tree ticket. However the system shows me Tokyo tower ticket and made me buy wrong one! No refund! No response from customer service!

Great Experience
I booked two tickets to Bukit Merah Orang Utan Island Foundation Sanctuary. The tickets were emailed to me straight away with clear instructions. I received follow up communications and everything went without a hitch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book through this company in the future.

Very slow process of ticket confirmation
Booked a museum in NY, no instant confirmation. Uncertainty if tickets will be available or not. Klook is much faster. Also coupons etc do not work, e.g. I invited a friend who for a voucher of 3.50$ but was not accepted during booking process.
Simple to use
Straight forward to use. E-tickets were issued within seconds through email. Paid a fraction of the price. What not to like?! Thanks!!
