非常爛的App 完全找不到服務的窗口 寫信去也根本不回覆 已經過三天了 電話更是直接嘟嘟給你 請問我有問題去哪找人？

手機簡訊驗證 我從早上8點按到晚上6點都還沒寄 請問是用鴿子寄嗎？
幽靈app
KKTIK解除跟KKID的連結，帳號雖然可以繼續使用，但手機綁定沒有被轉移，打了客服一直打不通(接通直接掛斷)，連續打了三天都是一樣的反應，根本是幽靈會員、幽靈APP、幽靈員工？？？
浪費大家的時間
敢號稱推不倒 結果原來只是讓幾萬人在線上浪費時間轉圈圈
很爛的訂票系統與客服服務
明明收到未付款簡訊，但點連結進去一直要我登入，但登入後又沒看到未付款票券⋯然後假日開賣歌神票，訂票問題卻沒人能即時處理，還要等到禮拜一上班才能回應，到那時候票早就被系統取消了，是把我們當傻子耍2次嗎⋯😠

沒票就沒票，等了十分鐘才跟我說沒票 官網跟app都差不多爛 建議貴公司往後不要接活動主辦，購票體驗非常差勁，不要出來荼毒消費者了，謝謝🙏 第一次在apple store留言，這體驗一星都還嫌多，怎麼不能零顆星🔥
