Grundsätzlich gelungene App, wenn nur der Akkuverbrauch nicht wäre

Etwas unübersichtlich und kompliziert

Das App ist an sich nicht schlecht aber es ist meiner Meinung nach zu unübersichtlich und etwas zu kompliziert. Man könnte die Suche der Verbindungen etwas einfacher gestalten.

Dafuq is SB4? – kein Steig, keine Übersicht.

Heiligengeistplatz is zentraler Umsteigeplatz in Klafu. Da gibt’s mehr als ein Dutzend Steige, von denen man aus warten kann. Die Info: Linie XY allein ist nicht hilfreich. Steig <Nummer> ist absolut notwendig als jemand, der nicht einen Master Abschluss im Klagenfurter Liniensystem hat. Die App ist so absolut nicht hilfreich. Hab 3 Busse Verpasst, weil nicht klar ist, was wann wo abfährt. Mega schlecht gelöst.

eine Zeit lang hats super funktioniert allerdings ist seit 1 Monat ca keine Bezahlung mehr möglich :(

Ticketkauf funktioniert nicht

Hab mir genau 1 Mal ein Ticket kaufen können, seitdem wird immer eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt.

Leider funktioniert nicht „an error has occurred „

Ich habe es probiert für eine Ticket zu kaufen, aber bekomme ich eine Fehler „an error has occurred“.

Ticketkauf über die App nicht mehr möglich

Ansich bin ich mit der App zufrieden, nur seit letzter Woche funktioniert der Ticketkauf über die App nicht mehr. Folgende Fehlermeldung bekomme ich sobald ich das Zahlungsmittel auswählen möchte: „ Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Netzwerkverbindung oder versuchen Sie es später erneut.“ Genauso wird mir in meinem Konto keine meiner hinterlegen Zahlungsmittel (Bankkarten) angezeigt.

Lageplan/Standplätze Heiligengeistplatz fehlt!

Gute Übersicht der Fahrzeiten jedoch wäre super im Fahrplan in der App wenn Heiligengeistplatz als Start/Ziel angewählt wurde, Standplätze dabei stünden, um Zeit und Ärger zu sparen! Beim Umsteigen hat man oft nicht die Zeit um extra auf der Homepage nach Lagepläne zu suchen! Liniennetz wäre nicht schlecht auch in der App zu haben!

Übersicht Heiligengeistplatz fehlt

Besonders jetzt, wo die App upgedated wurde und alle Linien neu sind, wär es an der Zeit gewesen, einen Übersichtsplan vom Heiligengeistplatz hinzuzufügen. Wenn ich knapp dran bin und auch noch die Haltestelle suchen muss, geht sich das nicht aus. Wie sollen sich Auswärtige hier auskennen? Apple pay ist super - endlich.
