The apps is a hit or miss. My biggest issue would be: 1. Expiry of password. I understand it’s for safety concerns but to keep updating your passwords every 4-6 months a bit hassle. It’s just a train app. 2. Super long password required 3. Sometimes the app will auto log out

everytime renew password still unable to log in. redownload the app still cannot log in. what ecactly happen here, seems developer doesnt consent about their app. what a pathetic behaviour. Do something to fix it bugger!

Used the app for convenience and discount. Very easy and clear to do. But I hate how the app log you out all the sudden and especially when you're about to go out the gate to scan. Then you are stuck holding the line trying to re login. Sometimes I bought my ticket but it didn't get generated despite the money was already deducted from my account and I don't receive any email about my purchase like it usually does

Having problem everytime want to checkout and proceed with the payment either via m2u or debit/visa card. Always unsuccessful. Poor apps. Not suitable for ip14 pro max. Please improve the apps

Purchased monthly pass twice from the app can’t see the points added up. Constantly remains at 300 points. This app requires performance improvement & some UI makeover for better accessibility.

Kept crashing

Disappointed. Useful couple times at first then started becoming so buggy and kept crashing whenever I try purchasing tickets.

The app charges for a ticket but did not issue. BEWARE!!

I purchased my return ticket through the app as guest in order to get the discount. They charged my digital wallet (Touch n’ Go) for the full amount but did not issue my ticket. I had to purchase a new ticket for full price at the kiosk!! 🤬

Keeps expiring my password
