Bugged application
I can’t see the plans for subscription, the app just crashes. When i got sick of it, i decided to close the account permanently, it won’t do that too, When i wanted to log out of the account, it won’t do that too. Respectfully, very bad experience.

اتخصم مني مبلغ كبير من حسابي و خدمة العملاء زي الزفت مش بتدي معلومه مفيده و مش بتحل المشكله منصحش حد يسيب فلوس في حسابه و يخليه مع البنوك او شركه تانيه
Unreliable app and unhelpful support
The app has many bugs in which one of them is that it doesn’t send notifications for klivvr subscription renewal, I was surprised that my card was shut down all of sudden with no way to reactivate it back, support is just a waste of time insisting that their app works fine, Im deleting the app since it’s unreliable and only causes me a hassle with weird bugs and unhelpful support.

The app has been significantly improved, making it even easier to use. I now rely on it daily. They've also introduced a wide range of valuable offers recently, and their customer service is consistently helpful and responsive

Very very major improvement in terms of card usage and customer service i like how you listened to customers and fixed the previous issues regarding different categories. The customer service employees are more polite and patient. App is smooth like butter. Thank you klivvr
