Transferring bol from picture is not working.

The system is too complicated, meaning too much to remember to do and not do. It takes time away from quick delivery and pick ups. Too much. There is always an error for input info. So frustrating

I don’t like the way you get a message and it tells you to go to messages on the tablet. Seems to be a waste of time. You should be able to get the messages on your phone also.

If you try and scan too many pages, the app crashes. So basically useless unless you only have a few pages to scan. Dispatch does not get arrive, loaded, and empty calls if made through the app. Pointless, in that sense. And now the app tells me I’m not a valid driver. I mean, maybe I’ve been fired, they just haven’t told me yet. Updated review to 2 stars because I finally managed to log in. Glad to know I haven’t been fired.

I do not know why we cannot load our macros or have to go to the Qualcomm to view certain messages. Other than that I think it’s a great app. I would love to be able to have to use one app for all our load information and communication instead of having to jump from one to another.

It’s been great scanning in documents since KLLM started using TRANSFLO.

I’m having issues with my app. I contacted Help Desk and was advised to delete & reinstall. After reinstalling I’m having the same issue as well as others. Such as; loads disappearing showing Zero when I’m actually in transit, loads still showing planned once they’ve been cancelled or reassigned & also my dispatch aren’t getting some of my loaded calls. All in All it’s a great app much better than the app it replaced, maybe it needs an update to tweak the issues

I believe that once you start using it, that you will find it very easy to navigate and find what you need, you just need to get in there and use it, there a few things that are not self explanatory, should have started with aTutorial , would have made it a lot easier, Charlie Walker truck 30340 Ontario Intermodal

When you send messages from the app to the company it doesn't transmit all the info on arrival calls and such it will attach the trailer and that's it but on the other side they don't see arrivals,loaded and rolling,or delivery calls 🤔🥲🥲
