Bad customer service
Good to know and book activities. However their customer support is the worst
The program is very bad and the management's handling was very bad for me
I booked hotel rooms in Thailand, but I made a mistake in the date of the reservation when I contacted the program management. They said we can cancel your reservation and you will get a full refund, and we will get back to you within a day or two, but what happened is that no one contacted me when I contacted the program management again, they said we cannot get the amount back to you.
