Why ain’t the app working any more

I set my stations and I am not receiving alerts

4 stars because alerts disappear after a short period. I see the notifications then when I go to the app it’s blank. Let the user clear the alerts in the app, don’t delete them after an amount of time goes by.

The app was working fine then all of a sudden stopped working and gives an error loading dispatch log. After several attempts to delete the app and reinstall it, it still will not work. There are no tools to use to try and fix the issue and no way to contact the developer other then writing this review in hopes I can find out if the problem is on my end or the app end. It’s a shame because I really love KM-911 Alert when it was functioning.

Great app but it doesn’t display anything under the dispatch log, just an error message. It’s very hit or miss. The app also doesn’t scale properly on my iPhone 13, with black bars at the top and bottom. In dark mode, the tabs at the bottom are illegible because they stay dark.

I haven’t received an alert in four days 🤔 I don’t think anyone’s manning this app because it’s terrible all the time

This app has been amazing but it has stopped working. Is there anyway to fix this? There are no updates needed on my end.

Doesn’t show exact location on map. Now data says loading than says error and no data loads, just a black screen. Used to work well about 6 months ago. Now nothing. Very poor.

I have removed this app multiple times & re-installed it, recently removed it and then it was not available in the App Store for about a week! Then it randomly appeared in my search so I re-installed it. It worked for 1 day, now in days 2 we are back to zero alerts for today and the dispatch log is black. I have an iPhone 14 pro max updated to the newest IOS?

Have not received alerts in days! No update available to correct alerts. Please fix this issue.
