Good game with poor tech support

Good game with awful approach from the support. Lost a bunch of resources due to the confirmed issues on the game’s end, but the support refused to compensate unless I had purchased a premium pass. That’s what they literally said.

Problem with armor

I tried to buy armor from the in-game store. The gold is gone and there is no armor in the inventory. I love this game, but what happened is not cool!
