refund my money back…i purchase the daily limited gift pack but cant claim….now im really mad and sad of this game

The app closes and stuck on the dialogue and keep loading
I bought starter pack but get nothing
Pls refund back my money, I had purchased twice starter pack with different accounts yet both also get nothing.
Time consuming
