The videos are clear and good. Honestly great. however, you cannot download the videos through the app because when you’re close and re-open the app, it says finalizing and will not let you watch it offline. A single patch would make this app five star.

The app gives an error code and does not work

This app does not function except to offer a link to the product web page, I think as viewed through the app. Even there, when I click the YouTube video on introduction to the Knot Needle, the app closes. Hey devs and company, you charge a really good buck for this product. When will you fix this?

No videos load and if you browse to their website in app it crashes. Too app owner: Get a new app developer, whoever you paid doesn’t know what they are doing.

App opens up and says “host unreachable”. If you click “visit knotneedle dot com” it takes you to their website, the. When you hit the back button it shows you video descriptions. None of the videos have image thumbnails. When you click on a video it wants to download it but it never gets past the “initializing” phase. This app doesn’t do the one thing it’s supposed to do.

Anyone else have trouble closing the video in this app

Most of these negative reviews are baseless. Go to the site, look at the videos. Easy to tie and understand.. Great innovation!!!!

Nice to have the videos downloaded when off the grid and away from service.

Can find no back button to get back to the app. Go home, click on app and back to the same video.

No back button to press. No directory. Just one video. Can’t figure how to use the tool without the demo vids. Can’t you just put vids on utube like the rest of the world? Wasted $$!
