Not sure the purpose of these trainings, especially when it preaches computer “security” but allows anyone to log into KB4 account without a password. 0 stars

We do it right because we do it twice
Took 3 training classes got a badge for completing 3 training classes. Classes not marked as completed in the app or online. Retaking the classes & screenshots of my completion now. Thanks for making me look like a liar Knowb4. Know this before you waste your time. screenshot your completions this thing is buggy as L.
Application
The application currently does not permit users to sign in.
Video playback is hit or miss
Clean interface. Simplistic. Those are the good points. Unfortunately I have an issue and headache. While trying to go through videos on required modules, it is a grab bag whether or not the video plays or not. Have to exit out of the module and go back in to attempt to view the video again. May have to do this several times out get through something. Android app seems ok in this regard.
This is great to give easy access to users
I wish Admins had access to advanced settings in this app or a separate app.
Poor design made by a 5 year old
This app only offers the convenience of home use. That is the only good thing I can say. What’s bad? Being timed out 24 minutes into a 25 minute video then having to rewatch the entire 25 minute video again. The same goes for any quizzes that are interrupted. You have to start all over again instead of resuming where you left off. The screen is incredibly small with no way to zoom in or enlarge the screen to press a true or false button with a normal-sized finger resulting in tapping screen 20-30 times before it acknowledges your response. Whoever was paid to make this abomination of an app should return the money they were paid and change careers because it’s painfully obvious you have zero idea on how to make a legitimately functioning app.
