This app is terrible it’ll work fine for a few day and then it goes down. They’re always updating it but never really fix anything. Believe me if TVA didn’t have a monopoly in this town I would 100% switch to a bank that doesn’t have a janky app

I don’t know how on earth this institution has such a high rating. Their app will be down for days and it could affect your credit score! It will not ever let me login on the app now. Says the credit union has locked my device out and yet I can go to a browser and login. Half of the choices don’t work on mobile once you are logged in. Cannot stress enough how horrible and frustrating this financial institution is. Choose a different bank until they get with the times!!
This app was decent up until a few months ago. I try to check it daily, and it might work 1 out of 15 days. Not being able to check my account balance is unacceptable. Considering changing banks if this isn’t remedied soon.
Because of the bugs in this app I can’t get my payment on time which means they make more on interest. Get your app working correctly so I can make a payment.
Love the bank and it staff, but the app is literally down more times than up when I go to login. I make sure I have the latest version but it makes no difference. Seriously thinking about switching institutions just because of all the problems.

At least half the time I try to use this app it fails to load. I don’t know understand why a bank this big has such a garbage tier app. It barely works and even when it does, it takes forever to load.
In general the last version of this app was much more user friendly. In particular the Transfers feature. It takes at least 3x as many clicks for what I used to be able to do and it displays far less information - such as credit card balance. I’d roll this back and try again.
This app doesn't work at all . Try again is all it says. I really needed this account my small business depends on it. Im going to have to change banks just because nobody can get the app to work.
