It does not work most of the time , and it lag , also get message mobile App not available try other time , so how we pay our bills while we are away !!

I love seeing a picture of the Tennessee valley when I open the app. However, if I wanted to stare at a picture of the Tennessee valley, I’d actually download a picture and not a KUB app. It never goes past the splash screen.

Very clean and purposeful

This app was easy to install, pay your bill, report outages and even track your power usage…all with a simple click! Didn’t know bill paying could be so easy 😀

When attempting to pay my bill, I can fill in amount, method, and date but when tapping “Next”, nothing happens. Other than that, the app looks nice and seems intuitive and seems to function as expected.

I initially could not create the acct. I was getting an error for incorrect info. I was emailed a number to use in place of the SS # that was not on file and the issue was resolved. I created my acct and like that I will be able to track usage. Thank you!

Downloaded, but when launched, it just sits on the splash screen and never advances to the login. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling with same result. Running iOS 14.7.1

In using the app, the platform seems more stable, since recent updates are bug fixes. The menus are well organized and easy to navigate snd the interface is very intuitive. Great improvements.

App shuts down as soon as I log in.

Upon login, app closes. Unusable.
