I wonder who wrote this app, who reviewed it and who tested it. Terrible user interface from the start. You cannot login with the account you registered if you didn’t login for a while. Forget my password does not work. Printer does not get discovered. Well, I am lying here. It does some times. Pop up “Accessories “ dialog comes up empty.
And when you finally connect and you try to print you get a “data error please resend”.
Overall VERY bad. NOT Good.
Kodak you should be ashamed.
Crashes and doesn’t print
I printed 4 pictures and now it doesn’t print anything. How do I fix this?
Data error??
This has to be one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with an app in a long time. Maybe it’s just the printer or the app but it’s so annoying. I’ve been printing ok and printed 12-13 photos but now all of a sudden it says data error for anything I try to print and it makes no sense at all. It’s even saying it for photos that I’ve already printed as well.

Horrible interface! Just got my new Kodak Step printer and it’s horrible! I can’t print and when I do print it’s after many many times of shutting off the printer and closing out the app. Just a real bad experience. I’m returning the printer to Amazon. I would NOT recommend.

App no longer works w newer iPhones, please fix the app! Only got two photos printed and now it crashes every time, like similar recent reviews.
Well it WAS working
I was able to print one picture and then it prompted me to update the firmware so I did. Then it stopped working. Such a disappointment for my kids who were trying to bring in pictures to school of the highlights from winter break.
Keeps kicking me out of the app when I press print
As the title says I have restarted my phone, I uninstalled the app and installed it again and it still kicks me out when I try printing the photo.
I have tried to many times, and it still has not printed
I just this app a few hours ago, I tried at least 15 times and it only printed 3 times, otherwise it is great quality and I love that it’s in Coker unlike tiny print, but I think I will stick with Tibet print because it actually works all the time, please fix this bug and then I would rate higher. Sorry for leaving such a low review
Very disappointed
I installed the app on my phone and iPad and neither worked. The app crashed on my iPhone when I went to print and I kept getting a timed out error message on my iPad.
App Crashes
I was so excited to get this for Christmas! It worked 3 times and now the app crashes everytime. I’ve tried everything, and nothing. Now I have to return it.
